Hotel Policies
No Smoking
Botel Racek has a non-smoking policy. 5,000 CZK is charged for violating this rule. The Botel staff reserves the right in such a case to terminate the client's stay immediately and without compensation.
No Pets Allowed
Despite our great affection for the animals, for the sake of the guests who may be allergic to them, we’d kindly ask to respect our no pet policy. 100 EUR fine may be applied to ensure a deep disinfection of the room
Breakfast
Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. For visitors, it is possible to purchase breakfast for 225 CZK
Room Cleaning
Our rooms are neatly prepared for your arrival. Cleaning service is provided on the 3rd day of stay. Do not hesitate to contact the reception in case you need anything: hairdryer, clean towels, toiletries, etc.
